Payment and refunds

All payment is taken up front through stripe. No work will begin until the invoice is paid in full. If, for any reason, the artist cannot complete the commission, a full refund will be given. If the artist does not complete the commission within three (3) months, a full refund will be given. If, for any reason, the Commissioner cancels or decides to pull out of the transaction, and if the piece has not moved beyond the sketching stage, a refund of 50% will be given. If the artist has begun work on lines, a refund of 25% may be given. If work has begun on rendering, no refund will be given.

Other pricing information

Pieces with more than one character will be subject to the “extra character” surcharge. Some backgrounds and character designs may be subject to additional charges depending on complexity, determined case-by-case, prior to invoicing. Bust commissions are single-character only.

Deadlines and private commissions

Artist will not submit to any deadlines, including birthdays and holidays. Though most pieces are finished within one (1) month, commissioners must be aware that they can take up to three (3). Artist will not accept private commissions, but may agree to refrain from posting the finished work for an agreed-upon amount of time.

Content restrictions

Artist will not draw political cartoons, nor will he agree to be a part of any NFT projects. Pinups and nudes are okay, as is most sensitive content (abuse, self-harm, gore, etc). If the Artist dislikes any subject matter not mentioned here, he will politely decline the commission or ask if an alternative is acceptable. Artist will refuse commissions for pure landscapes/cityscapes, mecha, or vehicles with no human pilot and/or without sufficient reference. Generally, the subject of the illustration should be a human or humanoid character.
